On the email please be sure to indicate " Aesthetics Committee " in the subject line and your name and unit number in the text. The Board will select the final four additional members based on the responses from the emails received.
You will be asked to attend at least one meeting and community walk through every month during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Please do not volunteer if you are unable to commit to the time and energy required for this committee.
The charter of this important committee is to make recommendations to the Board regarding general aesthetics care and maintenance as it pertains to the entire community. This committee will also ensure enforcement of rules and bylaws concerning the outside of all homes. This is not the format for a personal agenda regarding a desire to get approval for your personal yard or adjacent common area upgrades or changes. You can submit your personal requests to Ilene at Fairfield and those requests will be reviewed by the appropriate committee and then to the Board for final disposition.
