Aesthetic Committee Update: January 2010

The Aesthetics committee has begun to set up 2010 plans and will begin activities again as Springtime approaches. The committee, headed up by Clarice Florence, will be doing an initial walk through and reviewing all communications from residents pertinent to the Aesthetics committee, as weather permits.

As with all committees there will be budget impact reviews that will be analyzed and approved or rejected by the full Board. Clarice and the rest of the Board will be evaluating the community, analyzing budgetary impacts, getting final approval for expenditures and finalizing plans to help us enjoy all that the Northgate Community has to offer.

The road project has been completed and we can all begin to enjoy the fruits of that effort. The previous Board worked through some difficult issues and finished up a spectacular job for all of us to enjoy.

Once again a final " Thank You " for the blood, sweat, and tears of the last two Boards.

The preliminary meeting date will be emailed to all members of the Aesthetic Committee.
